South African Treaty Register

The Office of the Chief State Law Adviser (IL) within the Department of International Relations and Cooperation is the custodian of all international agreements that the South African Government is a party to. The South African Treaty Section is responsible for the management of this information source.

The official South African Treaty Register provides electronic access to South African treaties and agreements dating back as far as 1654.
